Delaware State and our marketing and web design facilities located in Canada. The purpose
of this site is to bring together those who are contemplating their retirement with those
who have retirement communities, from active living to daily personal care. Also listed
are RV sites and long term rental properties for those wish to "retire" six
months out of the year. Now you can quickly browse hundreds of locations, properties and
communities around the US and Canada, making your search for a retirement homes easier
than ever before!
Please begin your search by choosing a state or province that may be of interest to you.
Then, narrow your search by selecting the type of community that suits your particular
lifestyle. Each development will have a web page that will link you to photographs of the
site, a brief explanation of the amenities that are offered and, pricing.
Please take advantage of the "Information Requested" form that is
provided. Here you will have an opportunity to request information from builders and
owners of particular developments. Most firms provide "800" numbers as well. You
are not required to fill out the entire form to receive information. Put as little or as
much information about yourself as you feel comfortable with.
If you find something that you believe may be perfect for you in the coming years,
wonderful!!! However, as with any major purchase please follow some simple and common
sense rules.
NEVER purchase or rent any property with having actually visited the site
to meet with the builder or owner. A site visit will also give you an opportunity to get a
feel for the neighborhood and meet some of the existing homeowners or tenants. You can
learn a great deal about the development from your potential neighbors.
NEVER sign any agreements or provide a deposit without the having had
your attorney review the contracts, determine that the property is owned by the person or
company trying to sell it and, is free of liens or other legal encumbrances. Consider
retaining the services of a local legal expert who specializes in real estate purchases,
rental agreements etc. These professionals will have a greater awareness of the nuances of
the state, county or provincial laws in which the property is located.

and honest manner with all of their clients. However, we cannot assume any responsibility
