Crystal Lakes was started in 1991 by
builder and developer Jay Ence. Located next to Sunbrook Golf Course (rated #1 in Utah for
public golf courses for several years), this project sold out in record time. Of the 84
homes that have been constructed, no two have the same elevation. Several homes are
located on one of the three lakes located inside the Crystal Lakes Subdivision, while
others are located on three of the Sunbrook Fairways.
