VRI incorporated has a ongoing program of web development for both the large and smaller companies who wish to advertise on the Internet. Our monthly rates are the lowest on the web and we have listings on over 12,600 search engines to ensure that our site and, ultimately, your retirement community development or business will be viewed by prospective clients.

For the small business that does not have a web page, we will work with you to design it, and properly locate it on our site. FREE OF CHARGE! You supply us what you wish to appear on your web page. Photographs, charts, or drawings plus your company information and how you can be contacted. We will design the page, properly place all of the information you have provided and make suggestions as to how it may be improved.

Once the page has been completed and is up and running, you  pay only $25 US per month with a six month minimum sign up period for world wide advertising on the web. You will also receive a discount for yearly subscription. There are no other charges.

We can also offer an E-mail address for only $10 US per month. It is an inexpensive and easy way to keep in touch with your clients and you can access your e-mail from any computer that has Internet access.

The VRI web site has an “Information Requested” form, that will allow us forward to you prospective clients who may be ready to purchase a property. These requests are sent only to those companies in the clients selected area and thereby ensuring that the client is not inundated with material they did not request and, ensuring that any leads you receive are from those who are seriously interested in your site.

VRI also stand alone web sites for clients and offers a unique advertising service called “Featured Property”.  The Featured Property is the first thing that clients see when they open a page on a particular state or province. Our experience is that is also the first item that new clients open up when the visit a particular location. Please contact us for pricing and details of these services.
